The mode of transport can be either air or sea, depending on
your preference, cargo type, budget, and required delivery timeline. Please
specify your preferred mode to help us provide an accurate quote.
We handle both import and export shipments. Please clarify
whether your shipment is being sent out of the country (export) or coming into
the country (import), so we can assist accordingly.
We support all major Incoterms including CIF (Cost,
Insurance & Freight), FOB (Free on Board), and Ex-Works. Please let us know
your preferred term or if you’re unsure—we’re happy to advise based on your
needs.
Please provide the detailed description of the commodity
being shipped, including the name, material, and intended use. This helps us
ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
Let us know the cargo classification. For example:
- General
Cargo: Non-hazardous, standard goods - Dangerous
Goods (DG): Items that require special handling and documentation
(e.g., chemicals, batteries) - Controlled/Restricted
Cargo: Goods that require licenses or permits to transport
Please provide the full dimensions (Length x Width x Height)
and the weight (gross and net) of the cargo, preferably per package or pallet.
Accurate measurements are crucial for correct freight calculation.
Please specify both the origin and destination ports (or
airports), including city and country. This helps us route the shipment
efficiently and estimate transit time and cost.
Kindly share the cargo readiness date. This will help us
plan the pickup and coordinate the shipping schedule accordingly.
We offer optional cargo insurance to protect your shipment
against loss or damage during transit. Let us know if you require insurance and
we will include it in your quotation.
